Paul Sponcia
Principal and CEO
Paul brings more than 18 years of business, leadership, startup, executive management and IT experience to CSK Technologies, where he provides strategic direction, oversight, and accountability to the company. Paul has demonstrated excellence and leadership in the IT industry, first inventing and developing a groundbreaking construction project management solution that utilized collaboration and Internet communications never seen before in the market. He then enabled his former company to grow recurring revenue rapidly from roughly $50,000 per month to over $300,000 in only two years. Paul now offers his technical and business acumen to CSK, where he is responsible for pushing the company’s vision forward, and is a frequent speaker on the subject of information technology and business leadership.
Chris Kennedy
President/CTO/Founder
As President, Chief Technology Officer and founder of CSK Technologies, Chris Kennedy brings to the company both the technical knowledge and business expertise our clients can count on. He attended the University of Tennessee, and before founding CSK in 2003, worked in the IT and small business sectors as a managing partner, director of personnel, and sales and service team member. He now offers his expertise to CSK’s loyal client base, providing businesses like yours with IT solutions that lead to greater profitability and success. In his time away from work, Chris enjoys playing golf, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife Sara and two children.
Maynard Alvarez
Principal / VP of Sales & Marketing
Maynard Alvarez began his sales career in 1994, and entered the health care sales market in 1996. In 2009, CSK Technologies acquired Maynard’s own company, Integrated Solutions; he then became a Principal and Vice President of sales and marketing for CSK, doubling sales revenue during his first year. He is a graduate of the Sandler Sales Institute, and holds many certificates and awards in sales and marketing. Maynard has been an affiliate member of KMGMA & TMGMA since 1997, and he currently serves on the Board of Tennessee Technology Center as an EMR specialist for the medical assistant program. He was an Executive Board Member of the Renaissance Committee for Club LeConte from 1997-2003 and served on the Board of Cystic Fibrosis from 2006-2009. Maynard and his wife, Tasha, live in Knoxville with their two children, where they spend many hours volunteering in community service. Maynard also enjoys playing tennis, golf and the cello.
